My mate and I had to repoint a few tiles on each corner of my roof. Went out and got some concrete mix (3:1) and Roofbond acrylic stuff for repointing (same as flexipoint). I mixed up the concrete and rebed the tiles all well.....then the rain started - it was sudden. Went up there today (day after I rebedded) to apply the roofbond shieldcoat and the concrete was set but slightly crumbly. I put the stuff over it anyway.

My prob is that I dont think I put the roofbond on thick enough - is it possible to wait a week or so and go over it again? Also does it really matter about the *slightly* crumbly bedding. Everything seems to be holding down well. Also I have a fair bit of dried up concrete mix and roofbond on my roof - what is the best way to get this off?..cheers
