Upcycle/restore vanity
Hi there vanity brains trust.
I have have a lovely solid timber piece of furniture I am converting to a bathroom vanity. I would like to make sure the top is totally waterproofed and then would like like to paint the top only, with a gloss white. I would very much appreciate advice on how to 1. do this correctly and 2. which products to use. For example, do I waterproof first, then paint the top white, then seal/waterproof again? I only have a bunnings and Mitre 10 nearby, so would need to be able to buy seal/waterproof/paint products there. Thanks so much. Jill
