restore it
geday all, hopeing someone can help,I currently use howards restore-a-finish products on reviveing old cedar furniture polishes and that stuff costs a small fortune.I have been told that one third pure linceed and two thirds mineral turps will do just the same but it doesnt seem to have enough as the howards products,I dont want to take the polish off but just clean all the old waxes and grime off, does anyone have a witches brew to compare with the howards restore a finish, would be much obliged, regards greg
