    That's spot on. Frontline couldn't have done it any better

    I remember seeing a 'Truth in Advertising' video a few years back in a similar vein about the production of commercials... Will see if I can dig it out.

    It's everything I have complained about for some time; the walking shot, the hand gestures, the pointless visuals. It alluded indirectly to puns. Everything on ABC news, from headlines to visuals has to be based on a pun.
    In adverts I was particularly annoyed with - I think it was Colonial state -- where everyone was walking and talking. I thought with the cost of the advert perhaps I was was watching cost cutting, can't afford a chair.
