I am having a house relocated to a block of land. It will be "stumped" as a highset and built in underneath.

The "stumps"will be 75x75x4 hot dipped gal steel. I am thinking of having steel frames put in and then cladding so that I can have a good looking rendered or painted finish on the external surface.

Bearing in mind that such enclosure will need to meet insulating guidlines, does anyone have an idea of what the best options will be and whether the material is available to renovators?
