ive removed a whitco barrel from my security door to try and see if i can recode it. ive dismantled the barrel and im stuck, i cant take the tumblers out.
below is what the barrell looks like but without the tumblers removed that you see in the pic that i got from intermet.
the tumbers are free to move up and down, i can see the springs but i just cant seem to take them out, they are stuk in some how and i cant figure it out. ive tried pulling with pliers with no luck. i thought they would just fall out when i removed the key but they didnt.
