undermount sink hole in acrylic or stone bench?
We purchased a ready made kitchen from the auctions and I thought we were buying an engineered stone bench. I am now thinking it might be made from acryllic. We have started putting the kitchen in but now I am finding it difficult to find someone to cut out and undermount sink hole.
We cut out the hole for the gas cooktop ourselves with a diamond blade grinder, which was not too difficult. The bench looks 20mm thick but is actually about 12-13mm thick acrylic/engineered stone with a 7-8mm wood substrate with is glued underneath.
Does anyone know anyone in brisbane who might be able to cut my bench, who may also be able to polish it for me so it looks unscuffed. Or does anyone know what the bench might be made of?
Thanks
