    Default Pure Tung Oil

Anyone know where to buy pure tung oil in Sydney?

Besides timbecon, howardproducts and thewoodworks, is there any other good online retailers?

I can purchase the Feast Watson China Oil for $26 1L, it's not pure right?

    Thanks

No it's not pure tung oil as you mentioned. Those other retailers are the only ones I'm aware of but would be interested as well if anyone else knows of others. I've bought some from Timbecon and it's goes good

Not sure about Carba-Tec in Sydney, but the one in Perth stocks pure tung oil.

    Default preserving

Pure Tung oil is interesting stuff. With more patience than I have got, it can be a great finish. However, it tends to harden in its container as soon as oxigen is added. Might get yourself some nitrogen (wine preserver gas) so you can maybe use the entire contents!
It beats all the other products that say "tung oil" on the label but contain almost none.
I'm both dyslexic and paranoid. I keep thinking I'm following someone.

Organoil is not pure tung , but works ok .
The diluting agent is vegetable turpentine ( citrus ) .
It does not have chemical additives.

It may be close to what you want
