    I'm sorry I don't know anybody providing a course. However, U-Beaut, who run this site have book called the Polishers Handbook that goes into the process in some detail.

    Where about do you live? The St. George & Sutherland Community College conducts course on Antique Restoration & French Polishing, I attend the woodworking course which is next door and saw that the polishing course is pretty good. I don't know when is the next course scheduled though...Go to this page and check:
