Hi All,
I have started my ceiling project and things are going good at this stage.
My questions are:
1. Do you need to leave any gaps between walls and the roof sheets to allow for expansion and contraction I hope not as my 1st sheets have been placed hard up against the top wall plate.

2. Why does adhesive need to be 200mm away from screws and edges of board and what do you do if you have a sheet 400mm wide do you just screw it and not bother with the adhesive and just screw the middle. (I suspect it is to do with compressing the adhesive).

3. Is it Ok to have a butt join that meets over a timber joist and screw the edges or is there another prefered method.(I can not form a deppression using rondo b005 as no room)

4. Should I staple or nail into the timber the perforated corner beads to external corners

5.When sheeting up to make a external corner would it be better to use the recessed edges of the sheet. (I have a cofferd ceiling)

Phew ! thats a lot I know. Thanks in advance.
