Door Bell Wiring Question
I live in a 1900's renovated house. The doorbell is wired from front door to box in kitchen. The box requires 4 D size batteries for power. It drains the batteries quickly even in the event that you hardly use the door bell.
Would it be possible to hard wire the circuit into the mains? What are the considerations?
