WOODWORKING QUIZ for 2 June 04
Good Evening Friends,
When making typical parts for a project, rather than making copies of the pattern and gluing them to your wood.
What method would you use?

Depends on how many parts there were/detail/deadline etc. If there were a lot of parts or they were intricate or I was pushed for time I'd take the timber down to a mob I deal with and get them to knock them out on their Morbidelli CNC router. I have also used vacuum hold down template jigs, hot glue and screws to hold patterns to jigs. Horses for courses.
