    Default dr4g0nfly says G'Day

Well I'm sat here in (very) snowy Bristol (UK) and thinking to myself 'This site is better than anything I've found in UK - I'll join' - so hello.

Interests, turning and small cabinetry work (boxes, spice chests, miniature cupboards and the like).

So from a pomme called Bryan - thanks for having me.

Hi there and welcome. I spent a lot of time around Chepstow many years ago and use to commute to Bristol via the ferry before they built the bridge.
    Reality is no background music.
    Cheers John

    Default River Severn Bridges

There's two of them now, huge and stately.

But shut today for the bad weather over the last few days. We've had a lot of snow, Ice block were falling from the cables onto or near passing cars.

The ferry does not run anymore so for commuters it was a long drive around via Gloucester.

    John,
Was that the Brunel Clifton Gorge Bridge you were waiting for?

    Ruddy
And my head I'd be a scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'
If I only had a brain.

    Welcome Bryan!
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
