we have just bought a vic weatherboard house with a sleepout attached to the back of the house, therefore the laundry has no window or outside door. its only half finished (still needs ceiling and a bit of cosmetic work.) would it actually change the value of the house if we knocked it down or have any of you guys found a purpose for them?
