To repair drought damage, or not?
Hi I am after some good advice. My semi-detached house is on dynamic clay soil and has suffered from a lot of cracking because of the drought (as have a lot of other houses in my area). I had a soil report done in May this year costing $1000. The guy who did it is a leader in the field. He advised cutting down some trees and waiting to see if the house settled, which I did.
