Hi All, Just bought a house, it's a brick veneer with a large pergola (concreted) between the house and the garage. The house has 5 bedrooms, but very limited living space. So, I thought and I thought and decided to make pergola into a living space, ie move kitchen and meals there thus creating more living space.
