G'day to all
Hello
First of all greets to the Ted who joined before me.
I've been lurking for a while before joining. I must say there's a wealth of good information here to sift through for beginners, of which category I fit into.
I've been interested in wordworking for many years but it's always taken a back seat to other hobbies/interests, until lately. Anyway, I'm in research stage at moment before buying some of the larger/costlier pieces of equipment to outfit a very small garage.
My occupation is in the saw service and supply industry. I'm a truck driver and pickup / deliver - blunt / resharpened saws. As a result of occupation I get to see lot's of timber, machines, and saws on a daily basis, albeit quite a lot larger than what most of us would play with in our hobby.
Anyway, hi to all. Great site

Hi Ted, I can't believe only one other bloke/sheila has said welcome and g'day especially as you sound like a bloke that can really add something to the forum.
So G'day from me and welcome aboard.
