So where's all the sport?
Is anyone else sick and tired of the way our television stations broadcast the olympics? Sport! Huh, what sport. I sat down last night to watch a bit, gave up on SBS as they were only showing a bunch of people messing around in a swimming pool with a ball, switched to Prime and sat through 20 minutes of ads, promotions, ads, interviews, ads, promotions, etc. Gave up. Grmmph!

I love womens Water Polo, and Beach Volleyball.....
A lot of the finals in these Olympics are run in the morning to cater to the European and American TV audiences, think time zones. Hence the endless replays. Also as the games wear on we will be out of the heats. That said I watched the womens 200m relay final, bloody marvelous I rekkun,"We must never become callous. When we experience the conflicts ever more deeply we are living in truth. The quiet conscience is an invention of the devil." - Albert Schweizer

Sports fans are a self-righteous bunch - like smokers! In a perfect world, sport would be on pay TV only! [ducks and runs for cover]
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
