These are (hopefully) a bit more devious than the previous lot, which didn't last long. Enjoy!
1. Drive Rolls Royce into Lucerne, odd evens too. (7)
2. Charred remnant of mineral taken from the ocean. (6)
3. Russian John is visiting Emerald. City of a terrible wizard king. (4, 2, 2)
4. Former apprentice is a travelling man, going to join Michael in Ireland. (10, 4)
5. Some of bearded band settled in the valley, right at the end. (7)
6. Amorphous mass floated up and down once, and fifty. (4)
7. Douglas Short, on Home Box Office; “Why, it’s just a story about an apprentice baker.” (8)
8. Create the Deutsch moor by early measure, underside of the tele. (11)
9. Not to confuse this guy with silver rider associate. (5)
10. Solid excrement drifted into view, seems well-founded. (7)Traba non folis arborem aestima
