Blades fro Jet 14" with riser block

Anyone know if there is a place in Canberra to get good blades for my Jet 14" (with 6" riser)?

If not in Canberra, mail order is fine.

What is the best blades to get for resawing and general work?

Look for local Saw Doctor, they normally make custom blades to order. They would need a length (should be 12 inches longer than the normal length I presume). Outline requirements and they should be able to make recommendations. They generally use a decent European or US materials because they are doing blades for industry, which isn't normally overly tolerant of getting fobbed off with Asian make believe stuff.
