Estimating programs
What do most small-medium builders use to cost their projects? Would you recommend any to me? Have you had any trouble with some, let me know.

its impossible to be precise as prices are always fluid not to mention the unforeseen

i work for a small-medium builder and we use databuild.. its just the software though the estimator still has to enter the current rates, prices,formulas, allowances etc and keep them up to date, what type of work are you going to be quoting?
