Landscape Help required, Victoria.
After coming up with tonnes of Ideas for both our front and back yards, I have tried and failed to get a landscaper or gardener to carry them out.
Does anyone know of any landscapers or gardeners that will do jobs in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
All the ones I have spoken to are either too busy or want $1000 just for a quote?????
I'm in the wrong industry......

Do you have the time, energy, motivation to do it yourself?
Many of us experience similar reactions - spend a truckload just to get started. These days I only get trades support where I can either:
1) Not do it myself for skill or tool/logistics reasons (large concrete areas).
2) Can clearly demonstrate that it's not efficient (better for me to work the day and pay the trades person, rather than me doing the trade work).
3) Have no interest in doing the trade work
ON the forums here you will find many helpful people and good advice on doing a lot of outdoor stuff.
Regards,
Julian

With exception of large commercial or large scale domestic jobs I cant see how tradies can charge for quotes- it's part of the job and required to do work.
I endevour to get quotes done as soon as possible and would rather quote as per normal and give a wait time for job start rather than adding 20% to the price just because work is busy. You get a lot more respect that way and further work if people are prepared to wait.

Hi there,
I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I know at least a company called Watermark Venture at 10 Georgia Place Kealba VIC 3021, who does landscaping work. The building practitioner is Troy Truong and you can contact him at [email protected].
Hope this helps.
