its a rumor that started last night. I don't believe its true.
I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Been nothing on the news all day, and I think it would have been the biggest story in Australia if he had.
They have done a good job of keeping it quiet if it is true.

Wayne Carey
Agree with fxt. He's been brain dead for years.
That said I always feel sadness when any talented person goes to the dogs. Wayne was certainly talented, probaly among the 3 or 4 best Afl players of the last 50 years.

I wonder if the spelling on his tombstone will be "Wank Airy"? What a tosser and if true, no loss whatsoever!

Ah, but he was an AFL FOOTBALLER! That means there'll always be a long line of sycophants trailing behind him.
Blame the sports media. They're the greater wankers.

Be no loss if he was. (except of course for his family etc.)
Waiting for anow, I just get fed up with having to hear about brats misbehaving and it making headline news if they scratch themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Nothing about that here in QLD just the press running hot with the news of Wayne Bennet quittting the broncos. This even over shadowed the interest rate rise which happened this afternoon.

Jounalists? Pathetic.
Do we NEED to know about Russell Crowes ph throwing skills?
Do we need to know about Brittany Spears driving antics?
Do we need to know about celebs who were spotted at the beach showing a little extra weight gain?
Is it important to know who was well dressed and who was the worst at last nights awards?
Would you like your every move made public?
Celebs are just like us. Not different.
Parrasites. Muck raking jounalists who buy these photos from ever harrasing papparazi.
Millions of men bash there wives. Do you hear about ALL of them?
Millions of people drive home drunk and get pulled over. Do you hear about them?
Millions of people behave badly in public. Do you hear about them?
DON'T tell us these celebs are role models.
If the media didn't tell us about every move they make then we wouldn't be able to say that they set a bad example.
It's none of our bloody business.....is it? It Isn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We should be worried about the rude trespass that jounalist engage in.
If ever you're asked " Hey? Do you wanna get your face on tv?" as a tv crew approaches you, say "show me the money"!
Do not add to the muck.
Wayne Carey is in real trouble I think. Maybe he'll consider doing himself in when he reads crap newspapers like the Hsun and their speculation about him. When you're down, you don't need further agravation.
Media are to blame if he does. Mostly, I believe.
And for goodness sake, appreciate him for what he did on the football field. Surely you were only intersted in that and not what he did at home?
Did you read about what he did in his time off, in the sports pages? NO!
These celebs are aggrivated enough as we've seen, buy the photographers chasing them and they don't even submit a story.
Princess Di died because the world wants to know what's she doing ....right now!
These crappy gossip mags and picture papers just make up a story based upon a photo.
Pathetic. Bloody pathetic.
No sympathy for bashed journos. Oh but they're not all bad!
You film us? You ask for permission 1st. You write about us? You ask for permission 1st.
ANY CELEB! None of our business!!!!!!
We create more missery for them buy craving knowledge about their goings on and thus fuel the frenzy of media reporting on them.
Look at the pathetic current affairs progs on tv. Many of them. Look at the little picture paper in Melb. Nothing to read. Just look at the pics.
The Age is too big. No it's not!
Two cents worth.Don't pass them by! Be daring and caring!
Dampen their misery....sit with them and talk a little.
Buy them something to eat and a tram fare to a local mission.
I'm so lucky that I've somewhere to live and have family support.

Hey Rgum,
Most of these crave attention in the first place to get noticed, to get that next job, so its a two edged sword. Sadly they cant have it both ways. If you let the rats in, expect them to stay.
I dont give a rats what they do, but plenty of people do and feed off the good and the bad.
Johnny Depp is an example of how to behave.
I do understand where you are coming from.
