Staining Jarrah
I am in the process of finishing 4 Jarrah bed posts. These were cut from two sleepers, and so there are two matched pairs by way of colour.
The one pair is quite a light pink in colour, the other pair more typical of the red-brown Jarrah we usually see. I want to use a stain on the lighter pair to darken the wood.
I am looking for advice on a suitable stain (and application tips). I want to tint the wood. I do not want to obscure the grain.
Thanks
