Father Allan was feeling bewildered and went to see a psychiatrist who told him to forget his parish and his flock and go to Sydney and enjoy himself for a few days. "Take off your dog collar and let your hair down," he said.

Father Allan did just that - he went to Sydney, had a good meal and a drop of the hard stuff. Later, he found himself in The Cross, in one of the 'clip joints.' He sat down as a table and a topless waitress came up and murmered: "What would you like to drink Father."

He panicked, thinking he must have left his collar on and stammered, "How did you know I am a priest?"

"Oh, I'm Sister Theresa, I go to the same psychiatrist."
