double hung triple with centre fixed

Does anyone know a supplier in Sydney that can do me a triple window with the centre being fixed glass and the two side windows double hung. Approx 1900 wide x 1200 high so each window is about 600mm. The stegbar catalogue has one but they start at 2100 wide.
Looking for personal recommendation (I can google myself)
