Looking for Floor Sanding and Sealing in Perth
Hi All Perthites,
I have my new pre finished Engineered floor about 3/4 down and it is looking fantastic. The board are good quality german made and I want to make sure I can preserve them for as long as possible. The 3yr old and baby will do their best to scratch and destroy it I'm sure.
My supplier - very reputable - says to seal it completely I should give it a light buffing with a rotary buffing machine to give a good adhesive surface and to apply Toby Unithane Semi Gloss or Gloss Polyurethane finish.
I'd have a crack myself, but wary that I don't want to stuff it up given I have got this far.
One reccomended chap I spoke to says the job will take him about an hour or two to complete, but his price was a bit steep as I know the materials cost and hire of the right equipment is about $200.
If there are any experienced guys out there looking for a good beer money job, please message me. I'm in Kingsley, WA.
Thanks...Damon
