bluestone vs limestone
hi all,
saw some black limestone tiles today and wondering what properties make it different to bluestone (they look very similar to me)? also, can limestone or bluestone be used as the bottom and internal walls of a waterproofed pond? if so, what sealer would i need to apply to it?
thanks,
b

I wouldn't be trying to put limestone underwater - it could dissolve - but I've never heard of black limestone - is it a type of true limestone? The bluestone would be ok if it is truly bluestone. There are ranges of porcelian tiles available that look just like various stones except they far more durable.
