tips/tricks for gyprocking a ceiling

hey fellas
I have a shed -6x8- and im putting a studio in half of it -6x4-
anyways i have the stud walls all up and the rafters up just waiting for the sparky to come and put the wiring in the walls and ceiling so we can insulate and gyprock.
we've done quite a bit of gyprocking on walls before but never done a ceiling - its only 2.4m high. does anyone have any hints or tricks for doing a ceiling? is there some prop i could knock up that would make it easier? or is it just a pain-in-the-???? awkward job that you just have to put up with?

Bludge, borrow, hire or buy a sheet lifter.

Yeah - hire a sheet lifter
Our local True-Value Hardware Store hires them out for $30 a day - so you should be able to obtain one in your area...
Me and the 5X yr old missus did our grandkids 2 ceilings using one...
Bloody brilliant...
It's the blasted joint plastering that we can't stand...!

well it looks like a sheet lifter it is!haha thanks fellas.
this is a good website..got several ideas today on different things (actually noticed a couple of places where i would have gone wrong with this little project im on now so its saved me a bit of headache!)

yeah i hear you jedo..(probably shouldnt share this little story..but anyway!) bloody joints is what kills me with each job-last time i did gyprocking i got impatient with lumpy/thick joint plaster-had to go over the room with an orbital sander to clean off the joints afterwards!wish me luck!
