The Submariners is featuring the Collins class sub HMAS Rankin. I wonder whether if they'll tell it warts'n'all?

Warts? The warts are gone and they are now one slick machine. Recent exercises have seen them punching holes in some very sophisticated US machinery.
I wonder if they will mention the Indonesians are about to buy Kilo and Lada class subs from the Russians .

You were right, Fred. 'Twas worth watching... a nice change of pace from the "slick, glossy" docos I'm used to. I'm hoping I can see next week's installment, too.
And they did show it warts'n'all. (By which I meant how it really is, although they also briefly touched on the Collins early troubles.)
A well done to SBS, I say!
