Fixed Timber Pivacy Screens
Hi All,
I have just bought a new house and am planning a few minor DIY renos. First thing is going to be some fixed timber screens on the outside of the front windows. Has anyone built these or have any tips?
I am planning to use kwila boards and posts and fix them directly to the wall using some sort of bracket. Is it just a matter of nailing the boards (horizontally) to 3 vertical 'posts', say 50x50? The walls are rendered brick. Any suggestions as to the best way to fix the screens to the wall?
Cheers.
