A mate of mine copped the same thing from the CES, when 'twas still a discrete entity. He'd been a ditch-digger and fruit-picker all his life, until he got married and she put her foot down, wanting a more "stable" lifestyle. So, into the CES and the conversation went something like this:
CES airhead: "Please fill out these forms."
Him: "Sorry, but I can't read or write!"
CES airhead: "Oh... Well... we have a course for that. Fill out these forms, too!"
