Rafters
Hi All
Any tips for getting uncoupled rafters right? Its obviously a case of cutting the angle at the top end to meet the ridge beam and then the birdsmouth to sit over the top plate ...
It sort of looks easy to screw up, so any trade secrets appreciated.
Thanks.

Hancocks roofing book [the chippies bible pre roof trusses] or as we used to do - mark it out on the floor in life size scale to get the correct angles.
