Viewing Windows Files On a Mac

A friend wants to view some html files on a mac.
ok so a mac can read html
So I can put them on a cd
Can a mac read a windows cd?
Can I create folders with xp and put the numerous html files in various folders so they can navigate through the diffent subjects

Yes, and can burn a CD to windows or dual formats for that matter.

Yes.

Mostly I work in places with MS systems, it's just plug and play for the Mac (mostly), just don't try it the other way round!

Their mac won't open the original cd with all the info but it opens with xp.
So theirs sumthin wrong wif mac !!!
