    Red face I had to!!

    Welcome back viewer.

Well it had to happen, and today was the day, I just couldnt hold out any longer.

I just had to................ I tells ya.....

I just had to buy me a banana, I not only bought 1 but 2, one for 'er in doors as well.

    Hmmm banana.....

2 narnies for $2.55  and they were the smallest things I ever clapped eyes on, and half of it was skin.

I kept the skin, Im going to put it under my pillow so the smell lingers.

    But the taste....................hmmmmm.
Im sure I can hang out another 9 months for the next one though.

    Al

    Al,

Last night I also bought two bananas but in this case for an elderly and very unwell aunt for the cost of $3.85. The really sad thing is she died before she could eat them at 4.00a.m. this morning. She was 87 and had a good innings but I do wonder who ended up with those bananas. You where lucky to get a couple of cheapies just make sure the shock doesn't get you.

I'm torn between buying a Lee Valley LA Smoothie or a banana. This thread isn't helping.

(Sorry to hear the news John).

    Tell the truth Al,
You needed some empty nana skins to wrap up some logs at work.

Why don't you buy a banana smoothie, then you can have the best of both worlds.

Next month bananas should be less than $7 per kilo.

Out working on a crate of an oil rig right now...the only good thing about it is the bottomless bowl of bananas in the galley.

Picked up a few for $1 a kilo the other day.

Ended up throwing one or two out since, well, they are not a novelty around here...
