    Unhappy Window Architraves external

    Hi Guys

I desparatly need the help of a carpenter or someone with great idea
I have installed western red cedar double hung window and Cladded with JH 16mm thick weatherboard (looks great) but is not easy to fit architraves around windows. The house is old and not all walls are plumb as you can see.
Usually the architraves sit over the boards but the problem I have is boards protrude. The inside reveals are flat with gyprock so I dont really want do knock window out any further if I can Help.

    Please somebody Heeeeeeeelp.........

Ditto to your door question, you really needed to install a strip to hide the ends of the boards before you put them up. You can't really do it now.

Probably the only thing you could do is to fit a strip to the window frame and then fit archs over that if you want.

Like Silent says extend the window frames with a strip and then fit your architraves.
