    Default Survey Pegs

I'm sure someone here will know the answer. I've had my boundary pegged for a garage. Which peg is the actual boundary or is it the nail in the short stumpy peg?

    Cheers

Yep the short peg with the nail is the one. The tall one would be just for ease of location.

The long one's just there to hold the ground down while the surveyor measures it.

(Unfortunately, hydrographers don't have that luxury. )
