    Default Balcony Timber Deck

    Hi All,

I have a balcony on my apartment, about 5sqm in size. I want to lay timber decking on it. Is it more cost effective to use pine and lay it yourself, or buy some decking tiles?

The only place I have seen decking tiles in store is Freedom, and they seem expensive at $65 a sqm. Is that what I should expect to pay? Or is there other places that stock them?

    Cheers for any help.

Shouldn't be too hard to make your own .... just make sure that the timber is lifted off the tiles or concrete that is existing to allow water to drain.
