    Default I see it all

    6 x 9 = 42

The meaning of life is there to see.

    So said "Deep Thought".

As it's says below. "So long and thanks for all the fish."

    OK - I'll bite.

    Back in my day, 6 X 9 equalled 54.

    What's changed?

    Talking

As we all know, the answer to life, the universe and everyting (in HHGTG) is/was 42. The problem was/is finding out what the question was/is.

    The questions is 6x9 equals?

If the answer is 42, it shows you that, as we have all suspected for a long time, there is something fundamentally screwy about life, the universe and everything.

    Thanks Douglas.
    Cheers

    I see.....

I was going to add "So why had Benny decided to bring this up now?", but I'm pretty sure that the answer to my question is "42".

But the square root is 6.480740698407860230965967436088, so I'm sure you can find a factor in there somewhere........

    54 however is 6.480740698407860230965967436088, 6 is 2.4494897427831780981972840747059 and 9 is 3.

The genius' on the board can work it out from there.
