Level off concrete

i have a problem with a concrete entrance which slopes towards the the house so when it rains the front door area turns into a lake.

How can i get this to slope away and retain a decent look.

The floor is bare concrete approx 20 yrs old.

You might consider Tiles or Pavers in Mortar with Minimum thickness away from the House
and thicken the Mortar closer to the house
You choose the fall which looks good/

I had a similar LAKE [That's when it did Rain, once apon a Time in the West] at the Front door steps.
I put in a Concrete "Patio" 4' X 8'......Works a dream

If it's going to be really hard to take out the concrete slab, what about sawing a segment through near the bottom 100mm wide, and running a cutoff drain through it?

Depending on the volume of water coming through you could try a groove about 12mm deep and wide running off to the side, it might just divert enough water to make it bearable. Simple but often effective it does a similar job to a ruled line put in when the concrete is wet.

We will be using large exterior tiles now.

but there is at least 50mm to make up.

Do we fill it full of glue? or a cement/sand mix then glue

I would scabble the concrete and use a sand and cement mix with something like boncrete in it. But I think the drain would be a better option using one of those PVC drain channels with a PVC grate in it.
