Actually, it's a very interesting book. I covers some of the more bizarre activities of the American military. For example, the title refers to men who could kill goats by staring at them. Very scarily weird stuff, and that mob have the biggest things that go bang.

Staring goats to death was one of the more sane things they tried. It features a General who, every morning, tried to walk through his wall ... deliberately.
