Turbo,
you could have all of that done in a few days if all went well.
Try getting a hold of the book "Australian Owner Builder" by Alan Staines.
It has all of this sort of info in there.Have a nice day - Cheers

-Excavation depends,
how big an excavator are you going to use?
How many trucks?
how far have you got to cart the excavated material?
little excavator, small truck = many trips to the dump/tip plus lots of time working through any hard stuff
big excavator, 2 or 3 big trucks = not long at all. A friend got ALL his excavation (about 1200 cu.m) done one Saturday morning using a largish Kato and two 14 tonne tippers and a very short haul
who is going to supervise the excavator operator, you?
-Form Work }
-Vapour Barrier } these all depend on the number of bodies used
-Bar Chairs }
-Pooring Concrete allow one day

A professional team of 2 concretors will knock over most house slabs in less than a week.
