The Apostles
First attempt at The Apostles, not quite bad enough for the bin but at least I know that there are good prospects for the next session. One problem experienced was that the watercolour pad was an unfortunate purchase, the paper will not take much loading of water and subsequent loading of paint.

Around 30 minutes actual painting time but 10 hours thinking,(nearly all day yesterday ) didn't start the job until around 8.30 pm and was in bed by 10 pm. The lost hour was waiting for paint layers to dry.

I wonder how many years it will take to put a replacement in position.
