Default Hello from the blue mountains

    Hi all

I'm Jarrod . I'm mainly here for help with prices and selling my late fathers woodworking gear. he sadly passed away last Oct, and has left behind a whole workshop of machines and hand tools , wood and lots more. My brother and I have the task of trying to sell everything we want to sell .

So any help from the forum would be great.

    Thanks

    Regards Jarrod

    Welcome, Jarrod.

A sad business, disposing of a loved one’s possessions. I’m sure some members local to you will be along soon to offer advice as to the value of your Dad’s tools and timber.

My own experience is that this forum is a good place to buy and sell anything to do with woodworking. Lots of pictures and information will always help.

    Regards,

    Brian

    J & B wood lathe
    SN460 band saw
    Tormek T4 sharpener
    Waldown drill press

The LUNA combo is of interest but I honestly don’t think I’d have the space or ability to get it up to me unfortunately. I’m interested in photos of the SN460 bandsaw when the ad is listed and a price also

    Cheers

    Hi Jarrod,
I knew your Dad, and I lived close by before I moved interstate last year. I did not know him very well, but well enough to know that he was a real craftsman and very discerning when it came to tools and equipment. I was very sad to hear that he had passed away.
To members of the forum: When this gear comes up, be assured that it would have been very carefully researched, selected and maintained by a trained craftsman.
