Hi from below downunder
Hi All,
My name is James, I reside in a little township called Hillwood in Tasmania. I've just had a decent shed built at home after wanting to build one since we bought the house 4.5 years ago. Now creating a workshop is the next exciting task on the list!
My current areas of interest would have to be just making useful stuff (saw horses, workbenches, storage boxes etc.) for the moment and dappling with the idea of creating horse jumps and horse obstacles with intent on eventually selling these items to the public. Will definitely have to practice using my tools before I'm ready to earn some cash. Mostly just wanting to have fun in the shed!

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "James"....
There are quite a stack members in & around Tassie and across the rest of the country.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork.....
Cheers crowie

Welcome to the forum James. I had no idea where Hillwood was until I looked it up on Google maps. Are you one the river or further inland?
Must be a nice feeling having that new shed to set up. It doesn't seem to matter how big they are at the start, we always seem to be able to fill them and then want bigger.
Enjoy your new found fun.Dallas

I'm further inland overlooking a Cherry Orchard. Only problem I'm having is being able to spend enough time in the shed!
