I have an Australian flag I made out of timber some years ago and coated it with Estapol spray (I believe). The finish has dulled and taken on a dirty look. Ultimately I would like a satin/semi gloss finish. Is there any way to apply a new finish to achieve this? If so, what sort of finish? I have just started using Danish Oil on some other pieces but cannot get that satin look.
