G'day from WA...newbie in Perth
Greetings, my name is Mark and I’m in Perth, Western Australia.
I've very limited experience in woodwork: did the usual woodwork and metalwork classes in high school (late 1970's) and tried my luck as an apprentice printing machinist: which is when I discovered I had the mechanical aptitude of a baboon, so I quit after a year and went back to school.
I'm currently employed as a safety and health consultant and this is my main reason for joining: I wish to gain some information / guidance on woodwork & machine safety from the collective knowledge of this group.
Cheers
Mark

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Mark".....
There are quite a few members in Perth and across West.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork..
Cheers crowie
