Can't find water based pre stain wood condtioner any where
where much what the title says, i'm struggling to find a place that stocks any sort of water based pre stain wood conditioner, i have already bought the water based stain and finish so just changing to oil based isn't really a solution, thank you for your time.

I’ve never heard of such a thing. Don’t you just apply the stain directly to the sanded timber?

What are you attempting to stain?
The pre-stain conditioner's I'm familiar with are all for treating worn, badly weathered timbers to "stiffen up" the outer layers of lignum and make the piece usable again. Usually for deck furniture, external window frames etc. that have been... under-maintained.
Is this what you're attempting, or are you simply following advice you've been given?
For fresh timbers, you shouldn't need it. Unless you're attempting something fancy, such as bleaching the timber to enhance a primary coloured stain or similar.
Or... are you working an oily wood like merbau or teak? Then you may find a need to temporarily remove natural oils from the surface to get penetration. This can be achieved with Napisan or acetone, depending on oiliness. (I wouldn't call this conditioning, though.)
