    Default Eternity

Guy goes to see the Rabbi.
"Rabbi, I have a strong desire to live till Eternity. Can you help me?"
    The rabbi replies, "Get married."
The guy says, "Is it that easy to live till Eternity?"
The rabbi says, "No, but the desire will disappear."

Having just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary, I can't really subscribe to this thread. Mind you, the joke is my wife and I have both forgotten about 20% each of the anniversaries over that time.

Be thankful you are not a gold miner, as, she would get the mine and you would get the shaft.

What does a wife and a hurricane have in common?

They both moan when they come and take everything when they go.

I forgot one once as i was doing a 26 hour drive home. At one minute past midnight she thumped the crap out of me, I thought I was wandering, but it was a gentle reminder that I had forgotten our anniversary. Well, I have never forgotten ever again.
    Rgds,
