What is going on? Banned from everything for no reason.
Hi,
This is the 4th account I've set up here in 12 months. Each time after a couple of months, I can no longer post anything, message anyone, etc. Each time I have messaged admin several times and NEVER HAD A RESPONSE (no it didn't go to junk mail, they were not responded to).
This last time I was in the process of buying some machinery and suddenly couldn't contact the seller. Please explain why this keeps happening?
Cheers
Ian G (previously iang3145)

Just a guess here, but have you clicked on the link in the confirmation email that you would’ve received shortly after joining?
If you didn’t, that would explain why you’re having these problems.Cheers

Hello Ian
Yes mate. Each time it goes fine for a while then just stops working. Poor bugger I was supposed to be buying stuff from got left hanging through no fault of either of us.
I have tried it and the response from your mail server is:
The mail server could not deliver mail to (your registered email address for iang3145) The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
Your original registered username iang3145 is not banned and there is no reason why you couldn't have logged in with that name and password. The fact that you used an incorrect email address to register with stopped you from being able to respond to the conformation email sent to you, which in turn curtails what you can do on the forums.
The only other username I can find for you Aussie Big G is also not banned you could use that one without a problem as it is already an intermediate member so no reason why it can't be used.
If you have a further problem then send me a PM from one of your usernames and decide which one you want to keep and I will combine all of them into that one name.
Latest post from either of the other names I found was May 17th so unless you have other names "The poor bugger" mentioned above has been waiting a long time.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. I own my own domain and my own server and the emails do/did exist. Also when I contacted admin via the forum - no response. Also in each case I did confirm email AND was posting for months, just check the comps I've entered.
BTW I could login always but after posting for months the account ceased to allow posts on 3 different accounts over 18 months.

Clever
Yes it was in May and I missed out and he obviously sold elsewhere. Your disingenuous comment is uncalled for.

I guess this is the comment you're referring to, "Latest post from either of the other names I found was May 17th so unless you have other names "The poor bugger" mentioned above has been waiting a long time."?
Not sure you should be taking offence to this, just take it as an observation. Neil is just trying to help and has made an offer of assistance. Don't know about you, but I'm certainly not putting my hand up to deal with some of the crap that goes on on here.

More stick, less carrot
I can tell you from experience that if you misbehave that you do indeed get a naughty-note from the admins.
They dont pull the plug out immediately, but do let a bit of water out to demonstrate
